1. What Otto Is

Otto is an AI-powered assistant delivered via Telegram that helps airline crew members understand the PBS bidding system, their working agreement, scheduling rules, and pay calculations. Otto is a tool for information and education.

2. What Otto Is Not

  • Not legal advice. Nothing Otto says constitutes legal advice. Otto references working agreements and regulations but does not provide legal interpretations. Always consult your association representative or a qualified professional for legal matters.
  • Not financial advice. Pay calculations and credit hour estimates are approximations based on available information. Always verify with official pay stubs and your airline's crew support.
  • Not affiliated with any airline or association. Otto is an independent third-party service. It has no connection to any airline, pilot association, flight attendant association, or labor organization.
  • Not a substitute for your association representative. For contract disputes, grievances, or official interpretations of your working agreement, contact your association representative.

3. AI Limitations

Otto is powered by artificial intelligence. AI systems can and do make mistakes. Information provided by Otto may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. Do not make employment, financial, or legal decisions based solely on Otto's output.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Otto only for its intended purpose: assistance with PBS bidding, scheduling, pay tracking, and working agreement reference. You agree not to:

  • Share your Otto account or allow others to use it under your identity
  • Upload documents belonging to other employees
  • Attempt to extract, copy, or redistribute Otto's knowledge base content
  • Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or circumvent Otto's operational rules
  • Use Otto to harass, threaten, or take adversarial action against any person or organization
  • Use Otto for any purpose unrelated to crew scheduling and employment matters

5. One Account Per Employee

Each Otto account corresponds to one employee. You may not create multiple accounts. If duplicate accounts are detected, they may be suspended without notice.

6. Data You Provide

When you send Otto PDFs, screenshots, or text messages, that data is processed and may be stored to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Free Trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial. No payment information is required to start the trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription.

8. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

9. Service Availability

Otto is provided "as is" without guarantee of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Scheduled maintenance or AI provider outages may temporarily affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovotto and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Otto, including but not limited to: decisions made based on Otto's output, schedule or pay discrepancies, missed bid deadlines, or any employment-related consequences. Your use of Otto is at your own risk.
